The philosophy of the Group Training is simple: gain strength in the basic movement patterns and exercises such as: the squat, deadlift, bench and overhead press, rowing, lunges etc.

Why are these fundamental exercises so important? Because they simultaneously train the small and stabilizing muscles, but also the big prime movers, which makes them ideal to improve overall physical strength. In addition, they also provide a great side effect: they burn a lot of calories!

Every training session is a full body workout and lasts only 60min.
