My passion is olympic weightlifting, but unfortunately I hurt my back during a training session. The pain was excruciating and it held on for more then a month. My situation didnt’t improve and that’s why I contacted Davide. He was able to help me right away. After 4 weeks of personal training the pain in my back was gone and I slowly restarted with olympic weightlifting again.  On top of that I gained a fair amount of strength: after 6 months of training with Davide my squat improved to 100 Kg and my deadlift went up to 120 Kg. This is what I would call a successful personal training.

I broke my back while working out in the gym. I was deadlifting 80 Kg and all of a sudden I felt an extrem pain in my lower back. The pain was so great that I was only able to make it through the day with 3 Ibuprofen pills. I immediately looked for help and I found Davide. With the personal training I was able to get rid of the pain and simultaneously make my back stronger. After 6 weeks I was completely pain free and after 6 months I could deadlift 100 Kg. I would have never thought that this could be possible!

For many years I had to fight and struggle with a shoulder impingment. It was very annoying and restrictive, because my right shoulder caused a lot of pain, especially when I would workout. In the first conversation I had with Davide, he told me that not only did I have issues with my posture but I was also lacking musclemass to stabilize the shoulder joint. I certainly wasn’t aware of that. In every single training session  we worked on exactly those 2 points. The results speak for themselves: I gained 2,5 Kg of muscle and I lost 5% body fat. I am fitter, stronger and more muscular then ever before. In addition, the shoulder pain is completely gone and I can do everything without limitations.

Because of the sedentary lifestyle, my back was completely tensed-up. My lower back was constantly aching and my posture became worse with every day that went by. The workouts are challenging and fun at the same time. The most importing aspect is though, that my back pain is completely gone. We have been working together for 10 months now and I am very happy with the results. My squat went from 125 Kg to 140 Kg and my deadlift from 155 Kg to 170 Kg!
